Best Schools in India - a1Schools

Get information about the top Primary, Middle, Secondary and Higher secondary schools in your area. Get all the details you are looking for with respect to the school in terms of timings, fees, transportation, staff etc.

a1schools - Top Schools in India

Education in India is provided by public schools (controlled and funded by three levels: central, state and local) and private schools. Under various articles of the Indian Constitution, free and compulsory education is provided as a fundamental right to children between the ages of 6 and 14. The approximate ratio of public schools to private schools in India is 7:5.

As per the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) 2012, 96.5% of all rural children between the ages of 6-14 were enrolled in school. This is the fourth annual survey to report enrolment above 96%.

At the primary and secondary level, India has a large private school system complementing the government run schools, with 29% of students receiving private education in the 6 to 14 age group.

India has made progress in increasing the attainment rate of primary education. In 2011, Approximately 75% of the population, aged between 7 and 10 years, was literate.

Although there are private schools in India, they are highly regulated in terms of what they can teach, in what form they can operate (must be a non-profit to run any accredited educational institution) and all other aspects of operation. Hence, the differentiation of government schools and private schools can be misleading.

How Artificial Intelligence (AI) will Transform HR Industry in 2020

AI technology will not put HR managers and staff out of work. AI in HR 2020 should be a force multiplier in automating business processes such as HR ticketing through a shared service function, or the development of insights/dashboards to provide to the business. For starters, AI technology is immune to stereotypes and the impact the applicant’s race, gender or ethnicity can have on the outcome of employee screening. Many are wondering how the continuing rapid advancements in AI technology will change how businesses operate. In particular, AI may revolutionize and redefine the recruiting and hiring process. Screening potential candidates can be tedious and time-consuming. Screening potential candidates can be tedious and time-consuming. AI offers a host of new capabilities for HR departments, such as decoding video interviews to determine cognitive ability, identifying workers’ career options and training managers to improve their leadership skills. AI offers a host of new capabilities for HR departments, such as decoding video interviews to determine cognitive ability, identifying workers’ career options and training managers to improve their leadership skills. Determining what data to track, analyze, manage and protect will enable AI to play a larger role within HR. AI has a huge number of potential applications within a business context, for example completing repetitive, low-value-add tasks. It offers tangible benefits, such as the capacity to assimilate and analyse large amounts of data, reducing human input time and the capacity for error. Let’s recognize that AI is not some magical computerized persona; it is a wide range of algorithms and machine learning tools that can rapidly injest data, identify patterns, and optimize and predict trends. There are tools available that make it easy to build a user-friendly experience and to analyze, understand and communicate data. Organisations should be looking at realising more sophisticated improvements through AI, such as more sophisticated analytical processing to match candidates to high performers, better analysis of pay data for reward discussions, and reducing gender bias in recruitment or performance management.

Future Trends of CDP, DMP and Enterprise CRM

Difference between customer data platform and data management platform

DMPs cannot accept 1st party data and work almost exclusively with anonymous information such as cookies, devices, IP addresses. CDP data is stored in a single, scalable place, making it fast and flexible to read through and analyze all the data at once. In an effort to provide a more satisfactory response, though, we’ve put together some general guidelines for what your life looks like with a CDP, with a DMP, and with both. Pass the third party segmentation in the DMP to application for on-site personalization and distribution to other systems readily. When it comes to managing, analyzing, and activating user data, many different solutions can help marketers achieve their goals in some capacity or another. How to compare cdp vs data management platform? What is the difference between a Data Management Platform (DMP) and a Customer Data Platform (CDP), and which is right for me? All of this is to say that DMPs are very useful, particularly for marketers looking to acquire new customers through advertising. Unlike DMPs, CDPs can collect personally identifying information (PII) securely as well as data generated during online and offline interactions and match them to a single customer profile. CDPs have become popular data management software. They are recognized as a great alternative to DMPs, for many reasons we’re going to address later in this post. First-party data is the most valuable kind of information since it’s collected directly from your users/customers. In this aspect the DMPs are more rigid, since the client does not have the ability to choose the cloud, hardware or system. Since the DMP is a purely activation-oriented tool, it does not require a long data storage period, which is why the data stored in the platform is given an expiration date, typically within 120 days. A customer data platform uses predictive analytics to recognise patterns and reduce data complexity. A CDP is designed for companies to manage disparate user data and deliver personalised experiences at scales across many channels. A DMP creates pre-built, anonymous audiences designed to enhance targeted display ads. Anonymity is essential to the data management platform role, making it harder for DMPs to match full CDP functionality. A customer data platform (CDP) lets organizations build and manage a single view of the customer that is fundamental to optimizing customer engagement. CDPs provide data management and advanced matching capabilities that maintain a customer golden record that persists over time. CDPs on the other hand, do away with the guesswork and makes a data selection based on a specific customer identifier, such as an email address.

Enterprise CRM

It’s easy to say that Enterprise CRM software is designed for the complex processes carried out by larger organisations, but that’s not the whole story. In small-scale companies, the sales and marketing departments are typically using CRM software for coordinating campaigns, lead generation and promotions. Why use a CRM software system? Of course, technology is still far away from adopting a genuinely personalized approach to customer management, but it would be fair to at least describe CRM systems as the tools that let you be ‘everywhere’, at ‘any time’. The term “enterprise CRM” can be confusing for someone who has just started searching for CRM solutions for their business. If you see current enterprise crm trends of 2020, crm solutions are designed for larger, more complex businesses with more customer-facing departments larger databases, and more robust needs. An enterprise CRM software should be customizable—able to handle custom business logic and integrate seamlessly with third party applications, without compromising operational efficiency. The developers understand the extensive capabilities that large firms need to manage large customer bases. Also, they understand the growing need to use automation to contain the cost of human resources. In short: Customer Relationship Management is growing. A Gartner study found that the overall market totaled $26.3 billion in 2015. The enterprise CRM market continues to mature, Forrester Research concluded in “The Forrester Wave: CRM Suites for Enterprise Organizations 2016.” As businesses seek a higher return and increased effectiveness on marketing, sales and service program investments, the customer relationship management (CRM) software market is seeing dramatic growth and enhanced offerings including data analytics and social CRM applications, mobile functionality as well as gamification features.

3 Ways Artificial Intelligence (AI) will Transform Recruitment Industry

AI (artificial intelligence) seems to be taking the world of Human Resources and Recruitment by a storm. It’s probably safe to say that there’s an AI-powered solution for virtually every part of your recruitment funnel. Recruiters and agents have been using AI for years, and its origins were modest and relatively simple. The use of ai recruitment tools to quickly scan through CVs often leads to criticism from job seekers though. AI-powered preselection software uses predictive analytics to calculate a candidate’s likelihood to succeed in a role. The internet hasn’t solved recruiting. It hasn’t made the experience better for job seekers engaging with your companies, and it hasn’t made it more efficient for recruiters. Artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning have dominated the headlines in recent years and are steadily being woven into our daily lives. In the talent industry, AI has already become more common with the use of soft skill assessment tools and chatbots. The biggest impact that AI seems to be having so far is the acknowledgement that recruiting will need to change in the future. Machine learning technology helps recruiters automate screening by learning what existing employees’ skills and other qualifications are and applying this knowledge to screen and grade new candidates from A to D. 52% of talent acquisition leaders say the hardest part of recruitment is identifying the right candidates from a large applicant pool. AI can make recruiting easier and quicker. It can improve the recruitment process and help with those mundane tasks that no one appreciates. Applicant tracking systems (recruiter databases) use keywords, word flows, and other data points to analyze and prioritize the thousands of resumes they receive online for each posted position. An important dimension of an artificial intelligence is that it is capable of learning. ’s not only on companies to build ethical AI. It’s also on users and buyers of software to understand the risks in relying on machines to make decisions that deeply impact human lives. Human Resource is also witnessing the all-encompassing impact of this game-changing technology. In this context, recruiting is particularly looked at as space which stands to be transformed. AI for recruiting is now considered as the next generation in smarter, efficient, and hassle-free hiring cycles.

Marketing & Technology podcasts 2019

According to Wikipedia, a podcast or generically netcast, is an episodic series of digital audio or video files which a user can download in order to listen to. Although podcasting first found popularity within the techie set, it has since caught on with the general public. Technology Podcasts 2019, once an obscure method of spreading information, has become a recognized medium for distributing audio content, whether for corporate or personal use. Podcasts are also used for informational and educational purposes: self-guided walking tours, talk shows and training are all available through podcasting. Your podcast is automatically available for people to hear on Anchor as soon as you add some audio. But you’ll probably want to also make it available on other podcast platforms, like Apple Podcasts (aka iTunes), Google Play Music, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Spotify, and more. Podcasts are On Demand and can be listened to on your schedule — not when a Radio Station decides to air it. So, it’s kind of like TiVo. Podcasts can be produced by just about anyone wanting to share and communicate with the world. They are not exclusive to Big Name Media. When a new show is created, podcasting gives you a way to capture it and take it with you to watch or listen to later - usually for free. Most Podcasts today are audio only, even though video podcasts do exist. Podcasting has really grown out of a need for background content.
